Job summary

Pinnacle GI Partners in Lapeer, MI is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to join our outpatient team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a path to growth in healthcare.

You will welcome patients, check in/out, schedule visits, assist with Telehealth prep, and use EMR systems to manage records. Ideal candidates have previous medical office experience, strong customer service and communications, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule office visits and procedures.
• Support Telehealth registrations and appointment preparation.
• Utilize EMR systems to manage patient information.
• Process prescription refill requests and provider notifications.
• Assist with chart preparation and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
