Rocky Mountain Small Animal Hospital (RMSAH) in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited team. You will manage calls, greet clients, handle scheduling and billing, and assist in coordinating care. A passion for animals and caring service is essential.

We provide complex care across multiple specialties, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and advanced soft tissue Surgery, ensuring you have the exposure needed to continually grow your clinical expertise alongside highly dedicated teammates.Highlands Ranch, Colorado, offers an exceptional blend of suburban convenience and access to rugged outdoor adventure. • Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
