Valley View Care Center in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the primary contact for incoming calls and visitors. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain schedules, and support a caring, EPIC team focused on resident service.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Strong customer service focus with compassionate demeanor.
• Prior LT Care facility experience preferred.

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors in person or by phone.
• Answer phones professionally and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.

This position requires the following schedule:

• Part Time
• Evenings position

How you will help people every day:

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.

What you will need to be a part of our EPIC team:

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and all facility personnel.
• Strong customer service focus, with a kind and caring demeanor and ability to demonstrate compassion in a long-term care environment.
• Prior experience at a Long-Term Care facilitypreferred
