Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Full Time Receptionist with excellent customer service and a winning attitude. You will greet customers at our GM dealership and direct them to the correct destination, while performing basic office tasks to assist the Sales and Office departments.

Schedule is 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, and pay is $17 per hour. We offer above-average health, vision and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) with matching up to 4%, paid

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with callers and minimize hold times.
• Assist managers with clerical duties.
• Be friendly, courteous, and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
