Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an Express Service Representative for our Oil & Lube (PDQ) team. You will serve as the liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians, delivering friendly, efficient service and accurate information.

This role offers an above-average hourly wage of $18, a $1,000 signing bonus paid in the first year, and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and an employee vehicle purchase program.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assess needs.
• Obtain vehicle and customer information.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Sell services to customers and coordinate service with technicians when needed and requested.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Cashier duties as assigned
• Manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Rydell Auto Center is seeking an Express Service Representative to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule/Pay

• Above-average wage of $18/hour
• Schedule availability between the hours of 7am to 3:30pm and every other Saturday
