Join our team at The Brentwood as a Receptionist in a part-time role. You'll be the welcoming face of the facility, ensuring smooth office operations.

Your primary hours will be Monday and Wednesday from 4 pm - 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am - 8 pm, with competitive pay rates ranging from $15.49 to $22 per hour. We're looking for someone with prior receptionist experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities for Receptionist

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.

Qualifications for Receptionist

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
