Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and PRN roles. Shifts include 7 am–3 pm for FT, with PRN options across 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am. Compensation ranges from $40–$55 per hour, with up to $3.50 shift diff and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for FT.

Daily pay available for eligible employees. We are a 159-bed Sub-Acu te and Long-Term Care facility that values compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
