Join The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an Administrator in Training. This full-time role offers an annual salary between $60,000 and $100,000, with immediate pay options available.

You'll participate in hands-on training across different departments, supporting high-quality operations and exceptional resident care. We're looking for individuals pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field, dedicated to growth in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

  • Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college.
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration or Business Administration.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on training experiences across all departments.
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure efficient facility operations.
  • Learn to develop and implement programs that support quality care.

Responsibilities of Administrator in Training:
  • Participate in hands‑on training experiences across all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of facility operations.
  • Support administrators and department leaders with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth, efficient facility operations
  • Learn to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives that support quality care and operational excellence.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with residents, families, staff, visitors, and external agencies in a professional, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Observe and contribute to leadership decision‑making processes, meetings, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Develop skills in problem‑solving, communication, and team leadership through active participation and mentorship.
  • Support initiatives that promote resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications of Administrator in Training:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within healthcare administration.
