Job summary

Paycom in Clovis, NM seeks a courteous front desk receptionist to greet visitors, answer the phone, forward messages and maintain resident sign-in/out records. You will help coordinate with maintenance, dietary and nursing staff while keeping the lobby neat and secure.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed, with a focus on safety and professional communication at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer the telephone in a polite and courteous manner.
• Forward calls and deliver messages to appropriate personnel.
• Complete direct inquiry sheets on prospects.
• Monitor resident activity and alert staff to ensure safety.
• Maintain sign-in/sign-out records for residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dietary and nursing staff as needed.
• Keep lobby, reception and entry areas clean, neat and orderly.
• Notify Administrator of resident emergencies or hospital transport.
• Perform light office work and assist as assigned by management.
• Maintain security of equipment within the business office.
