Job summary

Complete Care in Clark, NJ is seeking a compassionate Receptionist for per diem shifts: 4pm-8pm on weekdays and 8am-2pm or 4pm-8pm on weekends. The role emphasizes a warm welcome and smooth front-desk operations.

You will greet visitors, monitor security, maintain the logbook, and help keep the reception area safe and orderly. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required, and opportunities for advancement exist within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
• Keep reception area safe, clean and compliant with procedures.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Maintain security and telecommunications system.
