Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rome, NY seeks a warm, professional Receptionist to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and support daily operations with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

You will greet visitors at the front desk, manage the lobby, coordinate with sales/marketing and business office teams, and help create a comfortable, hospitable environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with hospitality, seniors, healthcare, and service delivery.

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a vintage eighty-bed ranch-style facility nestled in the heart of Central New York. Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, visitors, and community. Your warm and professional demeanor will set the tone for our guests' experience, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a console telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls, while greeting and receiving visitors and directing them as appropriate.
• Provide exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner, addressing questions and concerns of prospective or current residents and families.
• Manage the lobby area and graciously greet community visitors, providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams.
• Represent the community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant, and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are directed to the appropriate person.
• Greet visitors at the community's front reception desk and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
