Job summary

CarShop Chester Springs-CS901 is seeking a welcoming, customer-focused full-time Receptionist, the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone. Internally known as the Director of 1st Impressions, this role emphasizes delivering a positive, professional experience from the moment a customer connects with CarShop.

You’ll greet customers, answer calls, route inquiries to the right departments, process retail service payments, provide administrative support, and help maintain

• Deliver exceptional customer service and make every customer feel like a priority.
• Support additional dealership needs as assigned.

What You'll Do
