High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience as a Receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service professional is preferred.
Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
Professional appearance with a positive, dependable attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Welcome residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately.
Provide information and assistance to visitors while maintaining excellent customer service.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor inquiries as needed.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Maintain organized files, records, and front desk documentation.
Assist various departments with administrative and clerical support.
Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, and other business machines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Follow facility security procedures by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and maintaining telecommunications systems.
Address routine questions and concerns, escalating issues when appropriate.
Perform additional duties assigned to support the daily operations of Complete Care.
