Job summary

Noelle in Nashville is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort in lobby spaces and public amenities. This full-time position requires friendly, detail-oriented team members who can respond to guest questions and perform tasks with care.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby restrooms and public areas, restocking supplies, and delivering items to rooms as needed. PM shifts are required, and the role sits within Noelle’s hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or service environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a neat appearance is required.
• Must be pleasant, honest and able to address guest requests.
• PM availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and giving directions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, restrooms, front desk, and offices.
• Collect trash and transport recyclables to proper locations.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.

The Public Area Attendant has a keen eye for attention to detail and treats all public spaces as their own home. This team member promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and issues that arise. Their primary role is to keep all lobbies and public amenities such as lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices neat and tidy.

Requested Tasks

• Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answer other questions guests may have
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by frequently mopping dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soap
• Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclable items to the appropriate location
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms, as needed
• Vacuum public areas and maintain cleanliness standards
• Work independently

• Guest-first attitude
• PM availability is required
