The Public Area Attendant has a keen eye for attention to detail and treats all public spaces as their own home. This team member promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and issues that arise. Their primary role is to keep all lobbies and public amenities such as lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices neat and tidy.
