365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional lanes east of I-35, with an assigned 2025-2026 truck and a full 48-hour reset at home every week.

New drivers receive up to 6 weeks of paid mentor-led training and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000. The operation is 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and detentions paid after 2 hours.

Qualifications

• New CDL school graduates: you train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid
• Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience start on the experienced route
• Valid Class A CDL, clean MVR, and an active DOT medical card
