Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for regional driving with a mentor-led training track. You’ll be assigned a 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth and run regional lanes east of I-35, with a full 48-hour reset at home each week.

New grads get up to 6 weeks of on-the-job paid training, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000. Expect 100% no-touch freight, detentions and layovers paid, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months.

Qualifications

• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable OTR or regional experience start on the experienced route.
• Valid Class A CDL, clean MVR, and active DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate assigned regional lanes east of I-35 with weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
• Maintain accurate logs and adhere to safety regulations.
• Manage detentions, layovers and breakdown pay according to policy.
