Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring for CDL-A drivers to operate regional lanes east of I-35. You will drive assigned trucks with drop-and-hook freight and enjoy home weekly with a 48-hour reset. Trainees get up to 6 weeks of mentor-led paid training, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months.

New grads join a program that includes tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits. This role features 100% no-touch freight and steady detentions pay after two hours, with potential for additional layover

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL school graduates: mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.
• Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable OTR or regional experience start on the experienced route.

Responsibilities

• 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook.
• Regional lanes east of I-35; home weekly for a 48-hour reset.
• Assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks with standard equipment.
