365 Freight USA offers CDL-A graduates an initial mentor-led training program with up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job instruction. Drivers are assigned a 2025-2026 model truck, run regional lanes east of I-35, and return home every week for a 48-hour reset.

They provide $1,500 sign-on paid over 3 months, 100% no-touch freight, and paid detention after 2 hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 30 days, and a 401(k) with 5% company match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned tractor for regional east-of-I-35 lanes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Report any issues to the fleet manager and complete logs.
• Engage in mentor-guided training during the initial weeks.
