Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional tractor-trailer routes east of I-35. Drivers receive up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor, and CDL school tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.

Assigned 2025-2026 trucks, no-slip conditions, and home every week with a 48-hour reset. Pay starts at $0.55 per mile with detention pay of $20 per hour after 2 hours, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL school graduates get up to 6 weeks of paid mentor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth.
• Regional lanes east of I-35; home weekly with a 48-hour reset.
• 100% no-touch freight with drop and hook; maintain safety standards.
