Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for regional truck driving with assignment to a 2025-2026 tractor. You’ll undergo up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and begin on routes east of I-35, returning home weekly for a 48-hour reset.

Detention and layover pay apply, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, modern equipment, and strong benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR and active DOT medical card.
• New CDL graduates train with a mentor for 6 weeks.
• OTR/regional experience welcome for senior routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned truck on regional lanes east of I-35.
• Complete drop-and-hook with 100% no-touch freight when possible.
• Maintain safety and compliance during trips.
