Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional trucking east of I-35. You’ll start with an assigned 2025-2026 truck and undergo up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor.

Home weekly with a 48-hour reset, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months. Medical, dental and vision start after 30 days; a 401(k) with a 5% company match is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean MVR and an active DOT medical card.
• New CDL school graduates train with a mentor for up to 6 weeks, paid.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth on regional lanes east of I-35.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations while delivering loads.
• Follow mentor guidance during paid training and ramp up to experienced route.
