Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers for regional lanes east of I-35, with a full 48-hour home reset each week. You’ll be assigned a 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth, with 100% no-touch freight, drop-and-hook, and a mentor during up to 6 weeks of paid training.

They offer a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement up to $6,000, and weekly pay of about $1,770 (roughly $92k yearly). Medical/dental/vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with 5% match are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card.
• Clean MVR; new grads train with mentor up to 6 weeks.
• OTR/regional experience required for experienced route (3+ months).

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes east of I-35.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all trips.
