Job summary

The Big Tool Box Inc is seeking a Receiving & Warehouse Specialist in Centennial, CO. This full-time role involves unloading trucks, receiving product, operating a sit-down propane forklift, and maintaining accurate records to ensure on-shelf availability and accurate online orders.

You will handle BOPUIS orders, perform 5S backroom organization, and participate in safety and accuracy initiatives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse/receiving experience; forklift and RF scanner experience strongly preferred.
• Accuracy-focused—counts every piece and never signs a BOL unless perfect.
• Proficient with Ace Vision receiving, RF scanners, BOPUIS module, and basic paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive product, verify against BOL/ASN, and count items.
• Operate forklift to move, stack 3–4 high, and perform safety checks.
• Process BOPUIS orders and stage within 15 minutes of notification.
• Complete receiving paperwork: sign BOLs after 100% verification and file packing slips.
• Maintain 5S backroom standards: labeled locations and organized stock.
• Stage and segregate damaged, hazardous, or recyclable items as required.
