Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory or material-handling with 1 year in a lead or training role preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, material-handling and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to read work orders and shipping documents, maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Basic computer, math, communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Inbound material receiving and verification against POs and tracking of packing slips.
• Supervising the counting, weighing and identification of items.
• Checking materials against vendor invoices, bills of lading and customer POs.
• Management of damaged, defective, or non-conforming items and resolution.
• Maintaining Quality Assurance standards and logging/updating inventory in RKMC systems.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and various hardware.
