Job Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Associate aims to exceed customer expectations by ensuring orders are available, accurate, salable, and received promptly.
Essential Functions

Receiving
- Unload, inspect, count, and sign for inbound packages and skids from carriers.
- Sort skids and/or packages by business unit.
- Utilize a pack slip or purchase order printout corresponding to the received product.
- Match received product to purchase order/pack slip and enter quantity into the computer or scan the product.
- Enter accurate information into the computer system.
- Place product in appropriate container, cart, pallet, or skid.
- Bring product to staging area for put-away.
- Identify non-conformances (e.g., item count discrepancies, product damage) and forward to Overpayment & Damage Clerk (OS&D).
Bulk Receiving
- Assess accuracy and integrity of all incoming palletized shipments (check package count, damage, and correct address), print Purchase Order, and identify all items against the purchase order.
- Enter all receiving transactions accurately and efficiently into computerized inventory systems.
- Identify and correct inventory errors; alert OS&D to irregularities such as count and location errors, shortages, or damage.
DSCSA
- Authenticate all products and drugs received at the fulfillment center.
- Verify with vendors that received products are processed with lot numbers, and collect paperwork verifying custody of the drug.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Handle hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs following company procedures and legal regulations.
- Work in accordance with safety guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficient in PC/keyboarding; familiar with MS Office Suite and email.
- Ability to read, write, and count.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
- Ability to train and certify in the use of forklifts, including sit-down, Cherry picker, and Joey forklift.
Working Conditions
- Lift and carry up to 55 pounds; team lift 56-100 pounds.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Use of hands for various activities.
- Occasional stooping, bending, crawling, or ladder use.
- No required travel; on-call not required.
- Exposure to dust.
The potential compensation range is $17.88 - $21.92 per hour, based on experience, location, and skills.
