Job Details
Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
- Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. Days/hours are Sunday -- Thursday beginning at 3:30PM

- Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
- Experience using a Pallet Jack

Compensation
- Employees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan after 90 days of continuous employment.
- Employees receive eight paid holidays and one personal day per year and are eligible for 1 week paid vacation following 1 year of continued employment.
- Hired applicant may be eligible for [incentives/ bonuses/ annual bonuses.
