Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure timely freight flow to the sales floor, and maintain back stock and display standards. You will manage damaged goods disposition and support merchandising plans in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months retail experience, and flexible scheduling to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer/associate interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe, orderly dock.
• Ensure accurate merchandise intake and set up displays.
• Prepare outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct associates in freight flow processes and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
