Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure efficient freight flow, and maintain stock integrity. You will supervise Associates, manage damaged goods, and support visual merchandising standards to drive store performance.

Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in a mid to large retailer, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on service and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe dock.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up merchandise displays.
• Direct the work of Associates and act as Manager on Duty including opening/closing the store.
