Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensuring efficient freight flow to the sales floor and accurate processing of shipments. You will maintain back stock, manage damaged goods, and support merchandising according to company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a mid- to large-size retailer, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in receiving area and maintain a safe, orderly dock.
• Direct the work of associates assisting with freight flow and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
