Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely freight flow to the sales floor in line with the store's standards. You will maintain back stock, direct associates, and handle damaged goods disposition to minimize loss, while upholding safety and visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Flexible schedule; able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer/associate interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and merchandise distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain dock safety.
• Direct the work of associates assisting with freight flow.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support store opening/closing.
