Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the efficient operation of the receiving area and ensure timely freight flow to the sales floor. You will manage back stock, handle damaged goods disposition, and supervise Associates to maintain safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments of merchandise.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Direct the work of other Associates who are assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and complete any additional responsibilities as assigned including opening and closing of the store.
