Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area operations, ensuring accurate freight flow to the sales floor and maintaining back stock while minimizing damaged goods.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, and schedule flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail operations and freight handling is beneficial.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate team tasks under time constraints.
• Strong focus on accuracy in receiving and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow while maintaining a safe dock and area.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up displays.
• Prepare outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct the work of associates assisting with freight flow.
• Act as Manager on Duty and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
