Qualifications

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field required.
CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
Prepare shipments, packing materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and variances to preserve inventory integrity.
Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
