Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a distribution center team, directing hiring, termination, and performance, and to oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory control, including handling controlled substances in the cage/vault with adherence to DEA regulations.

You will monitor workflows, coach staff, ensure safety, and drive productivity and accuracy while maintaining detailed records of shipments, logs, and route manifests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt of merchandise and ensure logs are accurate.
• Oversee counting, weighing and identification of shipped items; check against invoices.
• Lead order filling, packing, and shipping of items, including controlled substances.
• Maintain records of delivery processes, quantities, sources and destinations.
• Monitor routes and manifests to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Maintain records of order filling, including quantity, size, and NDC numbers.
• Ensure packing quality and protection of items for safe arrival.
• Oversee attendance, performance, and overtime for associates.
