Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound activities and ensure accurate product movement. The role involves preparing shipments, reconciling stock, and monitoring inventory to maintain proper levels and timely fulfillment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Shift: Sunday to Thursday with specific hours; compensation includes base pay, shift differentials, incentives, and referral

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Experience with shipment preparation, product handling, and storage conditions.
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation, records, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfilment.
• Prepare shipments, packing materials, and staging areas to meet handling and dispatch timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock movements to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments and handling issues to determine causes and resolution.
• Document shipment status and inventory updates to maintain warehouse visibility.
