Job summary

FreezPak Logistics in Carteret, NJ seeks a General Manager to lead our cold storage warehouse operations. You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while delivering top-tier service to customers.

You will manage a team of supervisors and staff, oversee inventory and automation initiatives, and align operations with budget and strategic goals. Exempt leadership role with Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse management, preferably in cold storage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation systems and technology.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cold storage warehouse.
