Job summary

FreezPak Logistics, LLC in Carteret, NJ is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee our cold storage warehouse operations. You will lead a team of supervisors and staff, uphold safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage budgeting, KPIs, inventory accuracy, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality for our perishable goods customers. This is a full-time exempt role.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, preferably in a cold storage environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cold storage warehouse.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
