Job summary

Native Maine is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor in Westbrook, ME to oversee receiving, storage, and inventory control. You will lead a small warehouse team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with production to maintain smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution, knowledge of WMS, forklift operations, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Quality assurance of inbound products
• Adherence to all Good Distribution Practices (GDP’s), FDA, and USDA regulations within the receiving process
• Supervise daily receiving operations and lead a small warehouse team.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and documentation of inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support production and material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine training sessions for the Receiving Team
• Conduct weekly meetings with the Receiving and Day warehouse operations team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Forklift experience and familiarity with material handling equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position.
