Cheney Brothers in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Receiving Administrative Associate to schedule and confirm all receiving appointments, ensuring safety and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow.
The role provides administrative support, data entry, and coordination with vendors and drivers. Candidates should have a High School diploma and 6–12 months of warehouse receiving admin experience; OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Schedules and confirms all receiving appointments for site while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
