Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and documentation of inventory.
• Lead daily receiving operations and supervise a warehouse team.
• Ensure GDP/FDA/USDA compliance within receiving processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support production and material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine audits and team training.
