Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist in Sherwood, OR to support intake and processing of collectibles submissions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, entering data, coordinating with customer service, and preparing submissions for production.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of consecutive work experience; data entry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer submissions and verify shipment contents against submission forms.
• Enter submission data into internal database system.
• Communicate with internal customer service to confirm submission information.
• Prepare submissions for internal production processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission handling.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Handle incoming orders, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
