Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group is hiring a Production Material Handler in Sherwood, OR, for the CGC Cards division. You will manage the flow of work-in-process customer submissions, ensuring accurate movement and tracking throughout production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and standing/walking for extended periods. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5pm with benefits and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be accurate and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organization are essential.
• Experience with inventory or material handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal department transfers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stage products based on status, production schedules, and customer requests.
• Verify and match submission information within the company database.
• Work closely with other departments to track inventory and determine product status and completion.
• Ensure submissions are accurately accounted for and moved through the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
