Job summary

Tate Americas, part of Kingspan Data Solutions, seeks a Receiving Specialist in Pocahontas, AR. This full-time role handles receiving, inspection, and documentation of shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include unloading goods, verifying details, entering data into WMS/ERP, labeling and routing items, and coordinating with teams to resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have a HS diploma and warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers and vendors.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, overages, or discrepancies against POs and packing slips.
• Verify quantities, product codes, lot numbers, and condition of materials.
• Enter receiving data into WMS, ERP, or inventory software.
• Label, organize, and route products to storage areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors on discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe receiving areas and assist with cycle counts.
