Job summary

B&H is seeking a Receiving Quality Assurance Specialist 3 for the Roebling, NJ warehouse to sign off on all incoming shipments and ensure they match purchase orders and arrive in good condition.

You will inspect items, verify conditions, and record receipts in the Warehouse Management System to facilitate timely vendor payments. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods, with Monday coverage Sunday–Thursday 10AM–6PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pallet processing experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs independently.
• Extended standing/walking during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with warehouse data entry and computers.
• Able to operate a hand scanner and enter data into a WMS.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all received merchandise for damage and condition and reconcile slips.
• Determine which barcode to use when multiple barcodes exist.
• Process shipments that don’t reconcile against orders.
• Enter weight and dimensions into the computer system.
• Ensure ongoing quality testing in the warehouse.
• Document vendor complaints (missing slips or barcodes).
