Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners (RF scanners), basic computer/inventory software, and inventory documentation.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA certification or relevant safety training is a strong asset.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, dependable punctuality, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Conduct regular physical counts and audit inventory locations for accuracy.
• Scan incoming inventory, attach barcodes/labels, and stage items in correct warehouse locations.
• Move materials safely using warehouse equipment.
• Log received goods, report discrepancies, and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and keep receiving bays clean and organized.
