Job summary

B & H is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Specialist for the 2nd shift to maintain high quality standards within the fulfillment center. You will audit processes, log findings, and work with internal teams to ensure compliance with QC procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and using a hand scanner with a Warehouse Management System. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential to support accurate customer outputs.

Qualifications

• Prior quality control in warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Extended periods of standing and walking during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking required.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry.
• Experience operating a hand scanner with a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery meets business needs.
• Communicate best practices effectively and consistently.
• Ensure QC standards are met and optimized across all areas.
• Log QC findings for documentation.
• Provide next-step recommendations based on audits and reports.
• Audit and support a defined area within the warehouse.
• Ensure departments follow QC-based processing to service customers.
• Answer questions or concerns related to items moving to customers.
