Responsibilities

• Process and receive all incoming product
• Assist Receiving staff with research as necessary
• Assess pricing and descriptions when market data is unavailable
• Provide support for the regular receiving process
• Read and review each Bid or Purchase Order and follow instructions
• Determine correct conditions and quantities; note changes
• Receive items into inventory with serial numbers and revision levels
• Photograph items clearly with accurate weight and multiple angles
• Report completed Purchase Orders and Bids accordingly
