Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production is a plus.
• Forklift certification required or to be obtained on hire.
• Basic math skills and ability to read data trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external truck drivers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-species facility.
• Willingness to work extra hours if needed.
• Must be 18 years or older for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Remove products from various trailer types using safe methods.
• Operate skid-steers or forklifts to unload materials as needed.
• Clean trailers, equipment with pressure washer and brush.
• Inspect trailers and report repairs to maintenance staff.
• Greet and assist contract haulers with backing and unloading.
• Complete paperwork for each unloaded trailer accurately.
• Communicate load information to production to prevent errors.
• Follow safety policies and regulatory requirements including environmental and feed safety.
