Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production is a plus.
• Pass forklift certification on hire.
• Proficient in basic math and reading data trends; records must be accurate.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external truck drivers.
• Able to read and understand signs, labels, warnings, directions, and manuals.
• Maintain composure and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in a facility processing multiple species (cows, pigs, poultry).
• Willingness to work extra hours during week or weekend.
• Must be 18+ years old for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Remove product from trailers using various methods.
• Operate skid-steers or forklifts to move materials.
• Use pressure washer and brushes to clean equipment and trailers.
• Inspect trailers and report repairs.
• Complete paperwork for each unloaded trailer.
• Communicate load information to production to prevent errors.
• Report safety concerns, downtime, or cost-saving ideas to Foreman.
• Follow safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain general housekeeping and on-site attendance.
