Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to report to the Receiving Manager and oversee receiving operations. You will ensure efficient storage and slotting of material, supervise daily crew activities, and support training to improve performance and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound shipments, reducing errors, maintaining inventory accuracy with the ERP system, and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have track record of being a results-oriented person who has worked in industrial warehousing/distribution operations for 2+ years.
• Must be an effective communicator up, down and across the organization.
• Must be able to establish priorities, work independently with little supervision and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily routines of assigned crew members.
• Assist in training and development for crew members in receiving operations.
• Ensure inbound shipments are processed for customer delivery or storage.
• Maintain safe work environment and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with Inbound/Inventory Manager to control inventory and minimize errors.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and processing areas.
